IT Lawyer
Your future responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements (License agreements, IT-related contracts and Services Agreements) and related documents;
- Analyzing contractual terms to ensure compliance with legislation, government regulations, our internal procedural guides and other requirements;
- Dealing with corporate providers/foreign lawyers to ensure operation of non-resident legal entities and handle legal aspects thereof;
- Assisting with obtaining authorizations required in the company’s niche of activity;
- Monitoring and analyzing legislative developments in company’s niche of activity and jurisdictions of company’s operation;
- Providing legal opinions and analytics on different issues of international legislation;
- Drafting and reviewing of various documents necessary for the companies’ day-to-day operations, inter alia, applications, letters, powers of attorney, resolutions etc.;

Your future responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing agreements with operators, platform providers, game/content providers, and other B2B partners and other tipy of agreements.
- Supporting the opening and ongoing maintenance of local bank accounts in Brazil, including preparation and review of documentation for banks and payment institutions.
- Providing day-to-day legal support for the company’s operations on the Brazilian market and ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Draft, analyze, negotiate, execute and amend business contracts between Ukrainian and foreign entities.

• KYC procedures in banks.

Regulatory Communication:
