In-House IT Lawyer (Brazil)
The following skills are important to us:
- At least 3 years of professional legal experience.
- Experience in a similar position at least 1 year.
- Proven experience working with Brazilian local legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced or Fluent Portuguese.
- Level of knowledge of English — at least B2.
- Experience in iGaming industry.
Your future responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing agreements with operators, platform providers, game/content providers, and other B2B partners and other tipy of agreements.
- Supporting the opening and ongoing maintenance of local bank accounts in Brazil, including preparation and review of documentation for banks and payment institutions.
- Providing day-to-day legal support for the company’s operations on the Brazilian market and ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring changes in Brazilian legislation and regulatory frameworks relevant to iGaming, corporate, financial, and commercial activities, and assessing their impact on the business.
- Cooperating with external legal advisors, regulators, and consultants in Brazil when required.
- Performing other legal tasks related to the scope of the company’s activities and the relevant area of responsibility.

Account Manager
Your future responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of operator accounts & develop trustful and warm long-term relationships with our Customers to positively impact their loyalty and revenue growth, be a trusted partner for Customers.
- Monitor performance KPIs (retention, GGR, marginality, NPS etc.) and act on opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with technical, marketing, and product teams to support clients.
- Be the client’s voice inside the company, and our voice outside it.
- Assist in integration journeys and proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Identify & pursue upsell opportunities (e.g., new providers, features, tools, promo).
- Provide data-driven insights to clients to improve their business outcomes.
- Align key stakeholders & Team around outcomes.
The following skills are important to us:
- 1+ year of experience in Account Management in the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of iGaming KPIs and monetization models.
- Client-focused, organized, and persuasive.
- Confident working with CRM tools, dashboards, and performance data.
- Experience in working with budgets, marginality, contracts, and invoices.
- Fluent English and Portuguese.

Financial manager
The following skills are important to us:
- 3+ years of experience with Finance;
- Use of computerized accounting systems and spreadsheets;
- Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles and practices;
- Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office;
- Knowledge of cost accounting and reporting;
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Will be a plus:
- Financial education;
- 1 year experience of working in IT;
- Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level.
Your future responsibilities:
- Calculation of monthly revenue;
- Invoices preparation;
- Revenue calculation and accrual in base for accounting;
- Reconciliation with counterparties;
- Documents preparation for KYC;
- Coordination with auditors: monthly submission of documents, correspondence management, and provision of explanations;
- Control of accounts receivable and payable;
- Supporting P&L and CF budgeting and project funding;
- Providing tasks for payment in the ERP system (Jira);
- Ad hoc reports and tasks.
