Technology Strategy & Vision:
— Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation across all product areas.
— Define the long-term technical vision, keeping the platform cutting-edge, scalable, and ready for growth.
— Develop strategic plans for technology development and regularly review the technology stack.

Team Leadership:
— Lead, inspire, mentor, and build high-performance engineering teams across different technologies.

Architecture & Reliability:
